Shipping and Policies

Timeline: Please allow up to two weeks to receive your print or original work. I pack each one by hand. :)

Prints: All fine art prints are printed on cotton paper and shipped in a flat mailer with a piece of cardboard or foam core included for stability. Any paper print above 16x20 will be rolled, put in a plastic bag and inserted in a cardboard tube with bubble wrap if necessary. 

Originals: Original artwork on paper will be packaged in a protective plastic bag in a flat mailer or custom box with a piece of cardboard or foam core included for stability. 

Framed Work: Framed work will be packaged in a protective plastic bag in a custom box with a piece of cardboard or foam core on either side, with bubble wrap if needed.

Refunds and Returns: There are no refunds or returns unless the artwork arrives damaged. Please contact Emily if you have additional questions regarding materials, colors etc. She will be happy to provide extra photos or information.
